How we handle GBP
Your Rouge account balance is held and displayed in GBP. Card and bank transfer deposits arrive in GBP with no conversion needed. Revolut deposits are also settled in GBP if that is the currency your Revolut account sends in. Crypto deposits are converted to GBP at the point they are credited to your account, using the prevailing rate at that time. Because crypto values move, the GBP amount credited can differ slightly from the value at the exact moment you sent the transaction. We do not add our own markup on top of that conversion, and any figures you see on screen before confirming a crypto deposit are estimates until the transaction is credited.
Verification before your first withdrawal
Before we release a first withdrawal, we ask for standard identity checks in line with UK online gambling practice. This typically means a government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence), proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of the payment method used to deposit, for example a photo of the card used or ownership confirmation of the wallet or bank account.
